I've been increasing hot peppers for quite a while now but am new to dehydrating. My extended crimson chillis and ghost peppers all dehydrated excellent and also have generated some fairly incredibly hot powders that I are using in several dishes.The majority of the peppers used to make paprika have slender walls that make the peppers easier to dry
